There’s a public hearing scheduled for Schematic Development Plan change for Lakelands Lane in the Woods.
The application requests to amend the previously approved Schematic Development Plan, SDP-L5, Lakelands Lane in the Woods, The current application (SDP-06-003) requests modification to pedestrian facilities, landscape, lighting, and tot lot removal. No further background seems to be available, it will probably be posted along with the agenda for the 10/03 meeting.
