Timothy Denzel, the man arrested for allegedly robbing the Bank of America on North Summit on April 19, appears to have been released from jail last Saturday, June 2. According to court records, the judge in the case — Montgomery Circuit Court Case number 107794C — is John W. Debelius. Also according to court records, Mr. Denzel is awaiting sentencing in a burglary case (Circuit Court Case 106288C); his sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 11. The court records in this case also show that the judge, Eric M. Johnson, accepted Mr. Denzel’s March 16 plea of guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit theft over $500, and that he issued a bench warrant on May 30.
