Everything got messed up because of the power outage at last Monday’s meeting, so on Monday they’ll be doing everything they were supposed to do last week, plus the work session on the citizen survey, but not the work session on netting at Kelly park, which will be deferred. Also, the City Manager is having his annual performance review, but we don’t get to watch.
