Elissa Silverman reports in the Washington Post:

Two people were shot last night as they exited a bus in a parking area of the Shady Grove Metro station, authorities said.

As passengers disembarked from the bus about 9 p.m., shots were fired from an area where a group of people had been standing, said Candace Smith, a spokeswoman for Metro.

One person was shot in the hand. A second was wounded in the leg. The injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, said Pete Piringer, a Montgomery County fire and rescue spokesman.

Channel 7 has a brief story along with a video report:

Metro officials said the suspected shooter boarded a “Ride-On” bus. Shortly after, Montgomery County Police pulled over the bus on Gude Drive where police took a suspect, with a handgun, into custody.
