On 01/01/2008 at 10:12 a.m. police responded to 464 N. Frederick Ave for a burglary that occurred earlier. Cash, lottery tickets, and phone cards were removed by unknown suspect(s).

Burglary Arrest
On 12/31/2007 at 10:37 p.m., a Hispanic male broke a bedroom window and attempted unsuccessfully to enter a residence in the 400 block of Muddy Branch Road. Witnesses observed the suspect and provided the police with a clothing description. The suspect was located a short distance away and the witnesses positively identified him. At that time the suspect was placed under arrest for attempted burglary and malicious destruction of property.

Armed Robbery
On 12/25/07, at 1:26 a.m., a group of individuals were approached by two suspects armed with handguns in the 700 block of West Side Drive. The suspects fired one round into the air and demanded property and money from the victims. The suspects obtained property and money from the victims and fled the scene on foot. An investigation is ongoing.
Suspect #1 - Black male, 5′10″, skinny build, wearing dark clothing and a ski mask. Armed with a semi-automatic pistol.

Rape
On 12/22/07, at approximately 9:47 p.m., police responded to the Holiday Inn at 2 Montgomery Village Avenue for the report of a rape. An employee advised that she was raped by an unknown male.
Suspect - Black male, 22-26 yrs old, 5″06″-5′08″, 140-150 lbs, wearing a blue sweater, blue jeans and black hat.
