Strong Arm Robbery

On 03/31/08, at approximately 5:00 p.m., the victim was walking in the area of the 100 block of Odendhal Avenue when two suspects approached. The victim was punched in the mouth and the victim’s wallet was taken. Both suspects fled the area on foot. The investigation is ongoing.

Suspect #1 - White male, 16 yrs old, wearing a black jacket.
Suspect #2 - Black male, 16 yrs old, wearing a black jacket.

Burglary

On 03/30/08, at 10:45 a.m., police responded to the 600 block of Quince Orchard Road for a burglary that occurred earlier. Several items were taken. There are no suspects at this time.

Aggravated Assault

On 03/25/08, at approximately 10:09 p.m., police responded to the Red Rock Canyon Grill at 100 Boardwalk Place for the report of an assault. The victim was talking with two unknown suspects when one stood up and hit him over the head with a beer bottle. The suspects then left the area.

Suspect #1 - B/M, 25-30 yrs old, 5′08″, 200 lbs, brown eyes, black hair, ponytail.
Suspect #2 - B/M, 25-30 yrs old, 6′00″, 180 lbs, brown eyes, black hair, dreadlocks.

Update: Missing Germantown Woman is Found

Stephanie Lynn Joseph, the missing 44-year-old Germantown woman was found early this morning. She was located in Gettysburg, PA. She had driven to the area and was staying in a local hotel.

The family of Stephanie Joseph and the Montgomery County Police want to thank the members of the media for their assistance in publicizing this critical missing person case.

Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Missing Germantown Woman

Detectives from the 5th District are seeking the public’s help to locate a 44-year-old woman who was last seen by her family at approximately 7:45 p.m. on the evening of March 31, at her residence.

Stephanie Lynn Joseph is described as a white female, 5′06″ tall and weighing 240 pounds. She has brown eyes and short brown hair. She has a rose tattoo on her right ankle. She was last seen wearing a long-sleeve striped pink shirt and blue jeans.

Also missing from her residence is a vehicle described as a 2004 Kia Optima four-door sedan, silver in color, with Maryland tags 24273HV. Her direction of travel is not known.

Stephanie Joseph is depressed and has threatened suicide. Her family is concerned for her safety and welfare. Ms. Joseph and her vehicle have been entered into the NCIC under the critical missing criteria.
