Three females, ages 18, 15 and 11, reported unwanted sexual contact by a stranger last week at the city-owned Water Park at Bohrer Park in Gaithersburg.
Jose Luis Hernandez, 22, of no fixed address, was arrested by Gaithersburg Police on June 24, said Elena Ingram, a Gaithersburg police spokeswoman. He was charged with one count fourth-degree sex offense, three counts second-degree assault and one count disorderly conduct, she said.

Police found evidence of a drug deal near the scene of a Germantown homicide in which a Silver Spring man was shot to death, according to charging documents filed in court.
Anton D. Powell, 20, of the 9400 block of Merust Lane in Gaithersburg, was charged June 21 with first-degree murder in the death of Rakeimi Jabari Hardin, 23, whose body was found the day before along a trail near Midcounty Highway and Grassy Knoll Terrace. Powell remains in jail without bail.
