Agenda - Planning Commission Meeting, 8/6/2008

The most interesting item in this agenda, at least from my perspective, is a proposal to redevelop 17 North Frederick Ave into a restaurant. Long-time Gaithersblog readers will recognize this as the building that had once been proposed as the location for a day laborer center in Gaithersburg, and it would in fact be nice to see something finally happen with that property, which has stood vacant for five years.
