Arrest
On 09/24/2008 at approximately 4:45 pm officers responded to the 200 block of West Deer Park for the report of a subject masturbating inside a vehicle. Subject was located and arrested on unrelated charges. Investigation to continue on initial indecent exposure complaint.
Burglary
on 09/24/08, at approximately 10:28 a.m., police responded to the unit block of N Summit Drive for the report of a burglary. The resident returned home to find the suspect inside her residence. The suspect stated he had a key and was there to pick up some things the previous roommate had left. The victim stated the roommate had not left anything. The suspect left. No property was taken.
Suspect - Hispanic male, 30-35 yrs old, 5′07″, 200 lbs, brown eyes, brown hair, heavy build, wearing blue jeans and a blue soccer shirt.

Armed Robbery
On 09/23/08, at approximately 4:25 p.m., suspects entered Absolute Mac, located at 895 Quince Orchard Road, armed with a gun and a knife. The suspects struck one employee and stole a cell phone and car keys, as well as property belonging to the business. The suspects were seen driving from the scene in the stolen vehicle and switching into another vehicle a short distance away. Investigation to continue.
Suspect #1 and #2 - Black male, thin build, 5′08″-6′00″, wearing black masks.
Suspect #3 - Black female.

Robbery
on 09/22/08, at approximately 4:20 p.m., police responded to the 500 block of N Frederick Avenue for the report of a robbery. The victim had been approached by the suspect who demanded his cell phone and wallet. The victim gave the suspect the property and he left the scene.
Suspect - Black male, 23 yrs old, 5′09″, 180 lbs, brown eyes, black medium length hair, mustache.

Aggravated Assault
On 09/20/08, at approximately 11:35 p.m., police responded to the 206 N Frederick Avenue for the report of an assault. The victim was attacked by three suspects, one carrying a baseball bat and the other two had knives. The victim knew one of the suspects. The victim was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Strong Arm Robbery
On 09/21/08, at approximately 8:50 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of Duvall Lane for the report of a robbery that had just occurred. The victim reported that she was attacked by a suspect, who grabbed her by the neck and threw her to the ground. The suspect obtained items of property from the victim and fled the area.
Suspect - Black male, early 20’s, 5′05″ to 5′06″, thin build, short hair.

Attempted Burglary
Sometime between 9:10 p.m. on 09/19/08 and 9:00 a.m. on 09/20/08, a window on the front door to At The Beach Tanning located at 12121 Darnestown Road was broken. Entry was made but no property was taken.

On 09/19/08, at approximately 11:03 a.m., police responded to the 700 block of Quince Orchard Boulevard for the report of a burglary. Sometime between 09/13/08 and 09/19/08 the residence was entered and property was taken.
