Attempted Strong Arm Robbery
On 02/12/09, at 1:13 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of North Frederick Avenue, for a robbery. The suspect stole property from victim and fled the scene.
Suspect - Black male, 6′3″, 200 lbs., wearing a long black coat.
