On 05-26-2009 the KC Jewelry Store in the 400 block of N. Frederick ave was burglarized.

Burglary
On 5/21/09 at 9:26 p.m., there was a burglary reported in the unit block of Seville Way. The suspect entered through an unlocked door and fled after taking a purse. A black or dark blue vehicle described as having a square back end was seen driving through the area prior to the incident. It is unknown at this time if the vehicle is involved.
Suspect- A white male in his late teens or early twenties about 5′-10″ with a thin build. He had a green scarf covering his head and was wearing a white short sleeve t-shirt and unknown color short pants.
Vehicle-A black or dark blue vehicle described as having a square back end was seen driving in the are just prior to the incident. It is unknown if it is involved at this time.

Burglary
On 05/20/09 at 1:30 p.m., a burglary was reported at the unit block of Goodport Court. The complainant advised that on that date, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 2:40 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) entered the residence through the rear sliding glass door and removed property. The residence was unoccupied during the incident. Investigation continues.

Burglary
On 05/17/09 at 9:00 a.m., a burglary was reported at the Goodwill Store, located at 619 South Frederick Avenue. The complainant advised that sometime between 05/16/09 at 9:30 p.m. and 05/17/09 at 9:00 a.m., an unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered the business by breaking a side glass door. Property was removed and the business was unoccupied during the incident. Investigation continues.

Burglary
On 05/16/09 at 3:52 a.m., a burglary was reported at the Brighton Beer and Wine Store, located at 225 Muddy Branch Road. On that date at approximately 3:48 a.m., Officers responded to an alarm call, when they observed that an unknown suspect(s) had forcibly entered the business by smashing the front door glass window. The suspect(s) removed property and fled the scene. The business was unoccupied during the incident. Investigation continues.

On 5/15/09 an attempted burglary was reported in the 100 Block of Hutton Street. The incident occurred between 5/7/09 and 5/11/09. The suspect attempted to make entry by drilling a hole in the door and removing a panel.

Attempted Burglary
On 05/12/09 at 5:35 a.m., an attempted burglary was reported at the 900 unit block of Pointer Ridge Drive. The complainant advised that on 05/11/09, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 2:32 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) attempted to enter the residence by breaking the glass of a rear window. No entry was made and the residence was unoccupied during the incident. Investigation continues.

On 05/12/09 at 9:51 p.m., a burglary was reported at the 700 block of Quince Orchard Boulevard. The complainant advised that on that date, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., suspects entered the residence through the rear door and removed property. The occupants were not present during the incident. Investigation continues.

Strong Arm Robbery
On 05/11/09, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a citizen was robbed in the 800 block of Quince Orchard Boulevard. As the victim entered the building he observed three subjects standing in the stairwell. The three subjects assaulted the victim, punching and kicking him. The suspects removed property from the victim and fled the area on foot. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and released. The incident is still under investigation.
Suspects: 3 males of unknown race and ethnicity. One was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, a second subject was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. No description on the third subject.
