The meeting is proposed to be closed pursuant to the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 10-508(a)(i) to discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation, removal, resignation, or performance evaluation of appointees, employees, or officials over whom it has jurisdiction. The closed executive session will be conducted pursuant to a motion properly adopted during the session of the Mayor and City Council on Monday, October 19, 2009.

meeting on Monday, October 5, 2009 at City Hall. The meeting is proposed to be closed
pursuant to the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 10-
508(a)(3) to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly
related thereto and Section 10-508(a)(4) to consider a matter that concerns a proposal for a
business to locate, expand or remain in the City. The closed executive session will be
