EXECUTIVE SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
Notice to the general public is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of Gaithersburgplan to conduct a closed Executive Session immediately following its regularly scheduled
meeting on Monday, October 5, 2009 at City Hall. The meeting is proposed to be closed
pursuant to the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 10-
508(a)(3) to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly
related thereto and Section 10-508(a)(4) to consider a matter that concerns a proposal for a
business to locate, expand or remain in the City. The closed executive session will beconducted pursuant to a motion properly adopted during the session

Mayor and City Council of the City of Gaithersburg will conduct
a work session on Monday, October 12, 2009, to receive
an update and discuss crime/surveillance cameras.
